REB Human Services provides forensic mental health evaluations and related clinical services delivered nationwide via secure telehealth. Engagement of services occurs only through a written agreement following an initial consultation. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
3. No Legal Advice
REB Human Services is a forensic mental health practice, not a law firm. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. For legal questions, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
When you opt in to SMS messaging, you authorize REB Human Services to contact you at the mobile number provided with appointment reminders, service updates, and case-related messages. SMS messaging is optional. You may opt out at any time: Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving any service.
Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for.
5. Confidentiality & HIPAA
Clinical communications are protected under HIPAA and applicable state laws. Submissions through this public website form are not a substitute for the secure client portal and should not contain detailed protected health information.
6. Limitation of Liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. REB Human Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
