U Visa and T Visa Evaluations
Supporting victims of crimes and human trafficking with evidence of trauma and mental health impact.
Extreme Hardship Waiver Evaluations
Assessing the mental health consequences of separation from family or deportation hardship.
Court-Ordered Psychological Evaluations
Including assessments related to custody, family dynamics, trauma, or other court-mandated mental health reviews.
Once scheduled, you will receive intake forms, a consent agreement, and a link to your virtual session.
Expedited reports may be available for urgent cases (additional fees apply).
All psychological evaluations are conducted 100% remotely via secure telehealth. This allows us to serve clients across the United States and internationally.
All evaluations are completed by a licensed mental health clinician, fully authorized and credentialed to practice in the United States, with specialized expertise in trauma-informed care, forensic assessment, and culturally competent practices. We strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure complete confidentiality and provide comprehensive documentation suitable for immigration court proceedings. Additionally, we offer therapy progress notes and records as needed to support your case.

Yes, we provide detailed final reports that, when appropriate, include DSM-5 diagnostic impressions, a comprehensive summary of clinical findings, and clear, evidence-based treatment recommendations tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Yes.With your written consent, we will securely send the final report directly to your attorney in PDF format, along with any supporting documentation or cover letters needed for your case. We collaborate closely with your legal team to help ensure the strongest possible outcome for your case.
