At R.E.B. Human Services, we specialize in conducting thorough, trauma-informed psychological evaluations tailored to meet the unique needs of immigration and legal cases. Our evaluations are designed to provide clear, clinically sound documentation that supports your case with integrity and compassion.

We offer evaluations for the following immigration and legal processes:

• Asylum Evaluations
  Assessing trauma and psychological impacts related to persecution, fear of return, or other qualifying asylum criteria.

• VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Evaluations
  Documenting the emotional and psychological effects of domestic violence and abuse for immigration relief.

• U Visa and T Visa Evaluations
  Supporting victims of crimes and human trafficking with evidence of trauma and mental health impact.

• Extreme Hardship Waiver Evaluations
  Assessing the mental health consequences of separation from family or deportation hardship.

• Court-Ordered Psychological Evaluations
  Including assessments related to custody, family dynamics, trauma, or other court-mandated mental health reviews.

• 50% deposit to confirm the appointment

Once scheduled, you will receive intake forms, a consent agreement, and a link to your virtual session.

• 1–2 clinical interviews (approximately 60–90 minutes each)
• Optional psychological testing (based on case needs)
• Collection and review of supporting documentation (if applicable)
• Final written report delivered within 25  business days after all materials and sessions are completed

Expedited reports may be available for urgent cases (additional fees apply).

All psychological evaluations are conducted 100% remotely via secure telehealth. This allows us to serve clients across the United States and internationally.
