Farrah Maris Boyd is a Brazilian-born legal professional and operations specialist whose career reflects a deep commitment to public service, cross-cultural understanding, and human development. Before co-founding R.E.B. Human Services in the United States, she served for over a decade as a Parliamentary Advisor (Level IV) in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goiás, Brazil, where she worked closely on matters involving public policy, social rights, and community advocacy.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidade Salgado de Oliveira and a Postgraduate Degree in Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law from Damásio Educacional. Her extensive background in legal and governmental environments has equipped her with exceptional skills in analysis, ethics, and effective communication — qualities she brings to every project she leads at R.E.B. Human Services.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, Farrah’s professional journey embodies a unique blend of cultural sensitivity and procedural precision. Her experience navigating complex administrative systems and supporting individuals in transitional circumstances continues to inform her work with compassion, professionalism, and a strong sense of purpose.
