Ryan applies standardized mental health assessments and trauma-informed protocols to ensure each psychological report is not only legally sound, but also clinically robust. His treatment planning draws from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and trauma-focused interventions tailored to each client’s needs and lived experiences.

Mental Health Advocacy and Public Speaking

As a passionate advocate for equitable access to mental health care, Ryan has led professional trainings, delivered keynote talks, and conducted community presentations on topics such as mental health stigma, trauma recovery, and the psychological impact of immigration.
